His experience covers BHP Carrapateena, Newcrest Cadia Valley, and BHP Olympic Dam. His expertise spans greenfield commissioning, large-scale plant optimisation, step change brownfield expansion and complex metallurgical problem-solving. Mr Seppelt has a Bachelor of Engineering (Chemical, Honours) from the University of Adelaide and is a Six Sigma Black Belt.
